48 AI — Governed Intelligence
THE PLATFORM

Intelligence, within
your boundaries.

A managed approach to approved AI access, security policies, and spending control. Built around the decisions a business needs to own.

A clear control layer
for everyday AI.

48 AI’s platform direction brings approved multi-model access and governance into a shared workspace. Model choice should follow business requirements and agreed policy.

The initial invitation-only pilot is planned around text workflows and one provider. Additional providers and models require validation before availability is promised.

01

Access decisions

Approve workspace membership and model availability. Discuss joiner, mover, and leaver processes before a pilot.

02

Input policies

Define permitted information and selected sensitive-data patterns. Scoped checks support policy; they do not detect every kind of confidential content.

03

Budget decisions

Agree on allowances, request controls, and hard limits. Usage records should support review and reconciliation.

USEFUL OVERSIGHT

Understand activity.
Respect the work.

The intended oversight model emphasizes activity metadata: who used which approved model, when, the outcome, usage, and budget state.

Routine administrator visibility is not intended to expose full employee conversations. Retention and access expectations need to be agreed before customer use.

PRELAUNCH, WITH A DEFINED SCOPE

Clear expectations from day one.

What is the current release approach?

An invitation-only pilot, starting with focused text use cases and one provider. Access, features, and timing will be confirmed with participating organizations after readiness validation.

Does governance cover external AI websites?

Governance applies to requests made through 48 AI. It does not provide company-wide discovery or control of direct use of external AI services.

Are integrations, uploads, and autonomous agents included?

Business-system connectors, document uploads, retrieval workflows, autonomous tools, and automatic provider routing are outside the initial pilot scope.

Is 48 AI certified or generally available?

48 AI is prelaunch. No SOC 2 certification, general availability, universal data-loss prevention, or compliance outcome is claimed. Security and operational readiness must be assessed before customer release.

APPROVED ACCESS

Governed ChatGPT, Claude,
and Gemini access:
start with the policy.

Businesses evaluating these tools need to decide who may use them, what information belongs in requests, and how use will be reviewed.

48 AI’s platform direction is approved multi-model access with a managed governance layer. The first pilot is planned around one provider. This is an access-governance approach, not a claim that ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini subscriptions, native apps, or all three providers are currently available through 48 AI.

01

AI guardrails

Define approved users, permitted inputs, model choices, review responsibilities, and spending boundaries. Validate the actual checks before customer use.

02

AI data leakage risk

Set clear information rules and evaluate scoped input checks. Selected sensitive-data patterns do not cover every kind of confidential information.

03

Control within the workspace

Apply governance to requests through 48 AI. Direct use of other AI websites or personal accounts requires separate business policy and IT controls.
